Got 3 shirts from Oxknit. They were basically what I picked. Sizes, colors, prints all matched. Nice. One shirt was a bit brighter than the photo. Not a huge deal. Nothing was missing either. Overall, solid. 4 stars because the photos could be a little more accurate.

My order had a sizing issue, and to be fair, support did eventually sort it out. But it took way too many emails for something that seemed straightforward. At times it kind of felt like they were hoping I’d just give up and accept it, though maybe that wasn’t the case. Not a terrible experience overall, just slow and frustrating.

I stopped by hoping to quickly find what I needed, but it was hard to find anything there. The layout felt confusing, and I ended up wandering around longer than expected without much luck. I left feeling frustrated and a little disappointed.

I feel kind of embarrassed admitting I paid this much for these shirts. They looked really nice online, but in person the quality is just average. The fabric is thinner than I expected, and the fit was a little off on me. They’re not awful or anything, but for the price, I don’t think they’re great value for money.

It works well overall, but, uh, I do wish it lasted a bit longer before needing to be replaced or recharged. Not a bad product, just hoping for better longevity.

I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was excited to order this sweater. On the site it looked like a deep green, which is exactly why I picked it, but when it arrived it was more of a dull grey-blue. I even checked it in different lighting because I wanted to give it a fair shot, but it still didn’t look close to the photos. The quality seems fine, but I bought it for the color, so I’m disappointed. I still want to like this brand, but the product pictures really need to be more accurate.

My snap judgment is that the return process was fine, but slower than it should’ve been. I did get my refund in the end, so no major disaster there, but I kept having to check my email for updates because it wasn’t super clear what was happening. Customer service did respond, just not exactly fast. Overall, not a terrible experience, but they definitely need to speed up the refund process.

The shirts looked fine when they showed up, but the sizing was a mess. They make it sound like the fit is consistent, but one shirt was way too tight and another was weirdly baggy. I kept thinking, okay, so what exactly was I supposed to expect here? Returning them felt like more hassle than it was worth, so I’m just stuck with shirts I probably won’t wear.

The code worked right away, and there wasn’t any weird hidden stuff or surprises. that’s ALL I wanted, so I’m happy with it...

I ordered from Oxknit and the whole tracking thing was such a mess. The website would say one thing about where my package was, then the tracking would show something totally different, and then there’d be no updates for days. I genuinely had no clue where my order was. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to wait, which didn’t really help at all. It ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been.

I picked up a knit shirt from Ox Knit, my quick test is always: if it feels soft right away and doesn’t itch, it’s probably a keeper. This one passed that test. The fabric is a little thinner than I expected, so that’s why I’m not giving it a full 5 stars, but it’s still really comfortable. I washed it once and it held up fine, so overall I’m happy with it. 4 stars from me...

I was disappointed when this showed up. The material is way too thin and feels cheaper than I expected. I thought it would have a little more weight to it but it just feels flimsy...

I had to reach out to Ox Knit because my order tracking basically stopped updating, like it was stuck in limbo, not moving, no new scan, no delivery estimate, nothing. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, and I ended up sending a follow-up just to make sure my message didn’t get missed. Once they replied, the answer was useful enough and explained what was going on, so that part was fine. It just wasn’t quick, like not a same-day answer, not next-morning, not the kind of response where you feel totally reassured right away. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but it also wasn’t amazing. Kind of a middle-of-the-road experience, so 3 stars feels about right.

I looked at a few sweaters and, of course, my size was out of stock on almost every one. Annoying, just the usual inventory nonsense.

I was trying to buy a sweater, but the checkout kept lagging and my payment didn’t go through the first time. I had to type in my details all over again, which was annoying. It did work eventually, but my gut feeling is the site just doesn’t feel very reliable when it matters. Not the smoothest shopping experience.

The tracking updated like it should, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. no complaints from me, it was quicker and easier than a lot of my recent online orders.

I ordered a sweater from oxknit.com the stitching looked rough as soon as I took it out of the bag. There were loose threads around the sleeves, and one side seam looked like it just never got finished properly. Weirdly, I remember there was this tiny bright blue thread stuck near the cuff, which stood out because the sweater wasn’t even blue.

After I wore it once, the cuff started opening up even more, and I wasn’t doing anything rough in it. Just a normal day wearing a sweater. For the price, I really expected it to last longer than one wear without falling apart. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

I bought this shirt because I needed something quickly and felt a little pressured to make a choice. It does look nice in person, but the fabric is thinner than I expected. It’s not a bad shirt, I just thought the quality would feel a bit better.

I bought a sweater from oxknit it looked decent when it first arrived. The knit felt okay and the colors were nice right out of the package. But after just one wash, it was a totally different story. I followed the care label exactly — cold wash, then laid it flat to dry, and it still shrunk. The colors also went noticeably dull, especially around the edges and cuffs. The shape got strange too, like the sleeves were slightly twisted and didn’t sit right anymore. I only wore it once before washing it, so that was really disappointing. For the price, I expected it to at least hold up through a normal careful wash.
